Sleep consulting services are not medical advice and do not replace care from a licensed medical professional. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
If your child has medical concerns, developmental delays, or health-related sleep issues, you should consult your pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning sleep consulting services.
3. Client Responsibility
By purchasing or participating in services, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for implementing recommendations provided

Sleep improvement is a process and not guaranteed within a specific timeframe
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your child and family to allow for appropriate guidance.
4. Results Disclaimer
While many families experience improvement, individual results are not guaranteed. Sleep progress depends on many factors, including consistency, child temperament, developmental stage, and family dynamics.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees must be paid in full before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional fees may apply for:
In-person services outside the Roaring Fork Valley
Travel expenses
Extended or additional support beyond the selected package
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultation calls and in-person sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, unless otherwise specified.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of sleep consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed once services have begun. Please contact us directly if you have concerns regarding your experience.
8. In-Person Services & Travel
In-person services are available within the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen to Rifle, Colorado). Travel outside this area may be arranged for an additional fee plus applicable travel expenses.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for in-home services.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided—including sleep plans, documents, and written content—are the intellectual property of 8 Straight Sleep Consulting and are for personal use only.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
Testimonials or success stories will only be shared with explicit client permission and may be anonymized.
