Toddler Sleep Training Success Story – Little Holly | California

Our daughter was almost two when she had some sleep changes that resulted in her waking every 1-2 hours, for a few nights in a row.

We as parents could not sustain, this so we reached out to friends to see if they had a recommendation for somebody who could help. Enter Sarah!

Sarah quickly got on the phone with us for an initial chat so she could listen to our story thus far, what was working and where we needed help.

She then quickly put together a personalized sleep plan that included all our wishes (we didn't want to leave our daughter crying / alone)  and helped us formulate a plan that felt right for us that included a plan for naps, evening routine, night time wakings, etc.

In a matter of days we were seeing improvement and Holly was sleeping through the night within a week.

Not only did her night time sleeping get more consistent, her new positive sleep habits translated into her naps too.
